Each season, players negotiate alliances and draft Political Mandates to move, recruit, worship Kami, and buy upgrades while maneuvering for provincial control. Battles resolve via simultaneous coin allocation to war advantages with honor breaking ties, and points stem from provinces collected and virtue cards.
