Your expedition ship just lost power off the coast of an island that shouldn't exist. The GPS is dead, the radio's static, and something very large just knocked over a tree on the ridge above you. Welcome to Dino Island — you're not here to study it, you're here to survive it.

This is a one-shot tabletop RPG session, built for people who've never rolled a d20 in their life. No character sheets to stress over, no rulebooks to read ahead of time — you'll build your character in five minutes flat and be running from a raptor pack shortly after. Think of it as your own personal Jurassic Park, except this time you get to make the choices (and maybe not die).

We'll have a Game Master walking you through everything: what your character can do, how the dice work, and what happens when your plan to "just outrun the T. rex" inevitably doesn't go as planned. It's collaborative storytelling with a body count — part improv, part strategy, and entirely more fun than it has any right to be.

What to expect:

  • Zero experience necessary — this is built as an entry point to RPGs, not a session for veterans
  • Pre-built characters, so you're playing in minutes, not building for an hour
  • Runs about 2–3 hours, one satisfying story arc from start to finish (or start to becoming lunch)
  • A GM who wants you to succeed, but won't stop the island from trying to eat you

Come with friends or come solo and get thrown in with strangers — either way, you'll leave with a story worth retelling. Whether you make it off the island is, frankly, up to the dice.
