The Tabletop Library Halloween "Boo-nanza"

This Halloween, we're hosting the Tabletop Library Boo-nanza: a full day of spooky, silly, and creepy games, from a Toy Battle tournament for the kids to a candlelit escape in the dark, and a late-night murder mystery.
Drop in for one game, or stay until the witching hour. Costumes are encouraged all day long and the morning lineup is built for kids with trick-or-treating and a costume contest later in the day. 🎃

The Lineup

• 9:00 AM: Super Rhino Hero XXL: Kick off the day with a giant-sized version of this popular stacking game, where you race Rhino Hero to the top before it all comes crashing down.
• 10:00 AM: Scooby-Doo! The Board Game
  Join Mystery Inc. on a family-friendly hunt for clues, unmask the villain, and maybe grab a Scooby Snack along the way. A perfect pick for younger ghost hunters.
• 11:30 AM: Toy Battle Tournament
  The toys have come to life, and they’re ready to rumble! In this tournament, two players will face off, deploying toy troops (soldiers, robots, and one very brave rubber duck) across a whimsical pumpkin battlefield.
• 1:00 PM: Nemesis
  You wake up from cryo-sleep aboard a damaged spaceship, and you are not alone. Fellow member Jonathan W. is hosting this semi-cooperative survival horror game where everyone is working together to escape, while secretly pursuing their own objectives.
• 2:00 PM: Broom Service
  Fly across the land, brew potions, clear the storm clouds, and deliver to the towers before your rivals do.
• 2:00 PM: Mysterium
  A ghost has been murdered, and only you can solve the case. One player is the spirit, communicating only through dreamlike vision cards; everyone else plays psychic mediums racing to piece together the who, where, and how before dawn.
• 3:00 PM: Ghost Stories
  Defend a village from an onslaught of ghosts and the dreaded Wu-Feng in this co-op classic.
• 4:00 PM: Costume Contest
  Haunt Tabletop Library with your spookiest or sparkliest costume! Board game–inspired looks are especially encouraged. Join the parade, cast your vote, and see who takes home the crown. Open to the public.
• 6:00 PM: The Night Cage
  As the sun goes down, the lights go out. In this atmospheric cooperative game, each player's candle reveals only the tiles around them as you search for keys and a way out of a shifting labyrinth.
• 7:00 PM: Deadly Dinner: Red Carpet Ruin Murder Mystery
  Hollywood, 1959. Glamour, scandal, and a tangle of complicated relationships come to a head on the red carpet, and someone won't make it to the after-party. Step into character for an evening of intrigue and figure out whodunit.
• 8:00 PM: Blood on the Clocktower
  Close out the night with the ultimate social deduction game. A demon hides among the townsfolk, and only careful reasoning, bold bluffs, and a little luck will save the town. Our biggest table of the day.
