Rival planners compete to design the most impressive waterfront neighborhood for the city council.
Gameplay
Over several rounds you place workers to take project cards, city and feature tiles, and building pieces, then lay out your district and stack buildings to score objectives. The squeeze is grabbing scarce options before others do while keeping your layout flexible enough to capitalize on your scoring cards.
